Room in Decatur, GA

I have the perfect room for a person who wants to live in a nice big house, but doesn't want to pay a lot of rent! The room has a private bathroom and two big windows looking out at the back and side yards, plus a closet. If you need a bed, I have a full bed I can put in there. The rest of the house: We have an ok-sized kitchen, but it has all you need. The dining room and living room are all open. We have a big couch with a big TV with netflix/hulu/Max/Prime. There's also a den if you'd like to sit somewhere quiet. The location: It's in South DeKalb, near Decatur, and about a 25 minute commute to downtown or midtown, depending on traffic. You will need a car, because the nearest Marta stop is about a mile away. The others: It's just me in the house, except for Wednesday night until Sunday Morning, when my 15-year-old son is there. He is quiet and keeps to himself. CoLife also requires an $800 deposit, and they'll work with you for the first month's rent.
