Room in Charlotte, NC

My name is Chad and I'm a 52 year old professional white male (non-smoker / non-drinker) who may have the type of room / home you'd be interested in sharing if you'd like to take a look and see if it would be to your liking. I'm currently looking to start renting the room on (or anytime after) March 1st of this year. You'll find I'm a fairly quiet sort and, beyond occasionally using the kitchen to cook, running around the home cleaning or (very occasionally) watching TV in the livingroom, I generally keep my activities limited to my bedroom and/or my home office. My personal hours are: Get up around 5am and leave for work (when I'm not working from home) around 6:00am roughly. I occasionally will do maintenance calls where I have to work a midnight to 6am window to do repair work on our network that will require me talking on the phone but I don't believe that will bother you in your room as I'm fairly quiet and my office door would be shut.
