About the property
The house is marsh front and offers amazing views. Our porch is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset and appreciate the nature of the Lowcountry. We are a short walk away from the James Island county park and only about a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. We also offset the majority of our homes energy consumption with solar panels and have EV charging available.

An ideal day off would involve traveling to a new place and culture! We love to travel and have lived internationally. If we are talking about a Charleston day off, the beach is close by and always hits the spot. There are also some fantastic walking trails in the James Island county park.
