Room in Moncks Corner, SC

The house is located in a safe family cul-de-sac with no HOA. It's a convenient 20-30 minute drive to North Charleston/Summerville and a 15-minute drive to Goose Creek. Downtown Charleston is about 45 minutes away. I'm in my mid-20s, very laid-back, and enjoy being active. I work full-time in HR and Safety. In my free time, I work around the house and church. There's one other guy in the home, late 20s, also laid back and clean. He works in HVAC and loves fishing. We're not hard partiers, but we do like to have fun. We do not have overnight guests, if we do on a very rare occasion (once or twice a year) one of my family members may stay overnight, but is unlikely. The home is 2,000 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as two living areas. I have three well-behaved dogs, two of which stay outside during the day and come in at night. Therefore, I'm not looking to add more pets. I typically ask for a 6-month lease with the option to renew if everything works out. The home is drug-free, and smoking/vaping is permitted as long as it stays outside.
