Room in Greenville, SC

I live downtown in Greenville. A typical weekday for me is to work out at my house, go to the gym, and then go to my bedroom to watch TV or read. My weekends are usually one night out, then hiking or biking for the remainder of the weekend. I have a common living area with a gas stove, a dining area, a patio overlooking a park, and a TV mounted above a fireplace. (See Pics) I am hardly ever out there. My ideal roommate would work outside the house during the day and would have the upstairs to themselves at night. The upstairs has an easy chair, 2 TVs, a desk, a bathroom, a closet, and a bed purchased a little over a year ago.
