Room in Stallings, NC

Hi, I have a room for rent. You would have access to the house except master bedroom and bath. You would have your own bathroom except for occasional visitors. There is plenty of parking and storage. House is close to rt 485, rt 74 and many restaurants , stores, and other. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. I ask you use utilities sustainably and clean up after yourself. Outdoor fire pit allows for relaxing evenings and get togethers. I do work from home but go to appts and do some travel with work.
