Room in Stockbridge, GA

Hi  renters, My name is Abraham, I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom in Stockbridge. I am renting a room with a private bathroom for $1077, which includes utilities , Wifi washer and dryer. You will have access to all of the common areas, with garage parking.  I travel a lot for business, and i am not there all of the time, but when I do come there it is just to check in on things and then i am back on travel. Currently I do have someone occupying one of the rooms but they are quite and they stay to themselves most of the time. I do have a large back yard great for grilling and entertaining. The room that is available does come fully furnished and you can choose to bring your own items to make the room your own as well as the bathroom. I would love the opportunity to bless my next tenant. Las tenant stayed for 2 years and they were able to save enough money to start their journey to home ownership. Rules are simple... please respect my home, be courteous, clean and pick up after yourself. This is a stable environment and you will enjoy your stay! Please let me know if you have any questions.
