Hello, I am a single 50-year-old lady who is career driven. I do work a lot. I have no children that live in the home. I do not allow pets, but I do have two friendly cats and one dog who is only home on the weekends I live in a new home a ranch style home in a very nice community called Seven Hills community. I am looking for a pleasant laid-back clean person to rent out one of my bedrooms and bathroom. You can completely have the whole end of my house. I have a nice backyard that's fenced in and you do have admission to the pool/tennis community.
