Room in Clayton, NC

I’m looking for a person In town for business/school, looking for a room to rent outside of the hotel/motel scene. I live in a ranch home on an acre lot, 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and Smithfield. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. I’m a neat and clean person and expect the same from any potential renter. I’m fun and hardworking so I would appreciate at night that all noise be kept to a minimum. You will have a small refrigerator in the room for anything personal you would like to store . I have a full kitchen you will also have access to, as long as you leave me room for my staples. The renter must be courteous, professional, neat, clean and responsible.
